As well as being my surname, the name was chosen as being synonymous with an honest and ethical approach which is something I strive for and which is often missing in the recruitment world.
I have over 20 years of recruitment experience and I'm still passionate about what I do. Having spent the first 10 years of my career with Michael Page, I then decided to set up on my own so that I could offer a much more personal and tailored approach to both clients and candidates, without the corporate pressure of bottom line profit being the end goal.
I have always taken pride and satisfaction in knowing that for candidates I am having a positive influence on their future career, and for clients I am providing a professional service in finding the best quality people for their business.
